order process:

1. decide which size portrait you would like.

2. dig up a couple of photos of your pet, either digital or printed out. I would prefer high resolution - 300 dpi if possible.

3. you can send your photo either by email or postal mail, along with the size you want and any of your favorite colors so that i can work those into the background.

4. the last thing i need to get your order started is 50% of the total upfront. you can either send a check or money order made out to Ali Toerner. if you would like to pay by credit card, please ask for me to email you a PayPal invoice specific to your order.

the remaining balance will be due at the time of completion.
